Salesforce Developer - Remote

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and enhance custom business logic, automation, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Design and implement user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Process Automation.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution implementation.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce applications.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex development, including:
+ Triggers
+ Classes
+ Batch/Queueable/Future processing
+ REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience building Salesforce Flows, including:
+ Record-Triggered Flows
+ Screen Flows
+ Business Process Automation
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and declarative development.
- Experience working with Git and version control systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a development team.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
