QC Engineer - ONsite Q3, HCM

- Participate in understanding and analyzing software system requirements for projects in fields such as
Marketplace, Ecommerce, Accounting, Human Resources, Enterprise, social networks, etc.
- Understand the system, develop test scripts, and design test cases.
- Create sample data for testing and set up the testing environment.
- Receive and verify reported issues.
- Write test reports and evaluate testing results
- Perform various types of testing: functional, business logic, UI, non-functional (Performance Testing,
Security Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, Integration Test)
- Write UAT scripts and conduct UAT with customers
- Assist SQA/QA Leader with Testing Scope, Estimates, and Planning when needed
- Enhance knowledge of automated testing technologies.
- Supplement knowledge of related industries: DMS (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Marketplace…), ERP
(Accounting, HR, Manufacturing…)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the testing field.
- Good knowledge of IT specialized areas.
- Knowledge of databases, including database schemas/data analysis and complex SQL queries
- Strong understanding of testing methods and techniques.
- General understanding and experience with business processes, and an interest in understanding a
variety of business models and needs
- Knowledge of specific business areas is a plus (ERP, e-commerce systems, content management,
CRM, API, etc.)
- Understanding of automated testing technologies: Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, etc., is an
advantage
