Flutter Developer - Onsite Q3, HCM

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
- Design scalable and reusable architecture, ensuring clean and maintainable codebase.
- Integrate with APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services (RESTful API, GraphQL, SignalR,
Firebase, etc.).
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure code quality.
- Mentor and conduct code reviews for team members.
- Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall product performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile and Flutter technologies and apply them when appropriate.

- 3–5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years working with Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and solid understanding of application architectures (BLoC, Provider,
Riverpod, Stream, Clean Architecture, etc.).
- Experience with state management, localization, push notifications, and offline-first apps.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing/integration testing, and app performance
optimization.
- Good understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and experience publishing apps to App Store and
Google Play.
- Experience in building and optimizing charts/visualizations, especially with large datasets or realtime data.
- Experience in handling responsive/adaptive UI across multiple screen sizes and devices.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, AppCenter, Analytics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, and team collaboration mindset.
- Basic level of English communication.

+ 3-5yoe: Upto 27M
+ >5yoe: Upto 32M
